Please be aware that we have a small kitchen, as such we cannot guarantee any. dish is free from any allergen, Whilst we may try our best, many allergens such as gluten are airborne and such traces may be present. Any dishes containing Parmesan, Burrata, Pecorino Romana will contain rennet, all dishes containing our house garlic butter or wine will contain sulphites. Nuts are used extensively across the kitchen and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from nuts. Our Oysters are served from the bar, so cannot guarantee that there wouldn't be a trace of shellfish in any drinks served at Oyster Creek Kitchen
